LP Percussionist Jim Greiner Collaborates
On Recreational & Community Drumming Projects

Latin Percussion is proud to announce that it is working with internationally renowned percussionist, educator and drum circle leader Jim Greiner to serve the expanding Recreational and Community Drumming movement.

Jim Greiner, a longtime LP endorser, clinician and Drum Circle Artist, will head LP's Recreational and Community Drumming Program. This program will include leading drum circles and clinics for LP, writing articles for the LP web site and helping to develop instruments that serve the recreational and community drumming world. Greiner comments, "I am extremely proud and honored to deepen my relationship with LP and to work with my friends and colleagues there to bring the enormous physical, mental and emotional benefits of drumming to people from all walks of life and all cultures worldwide."

Greiner has been on the forefront of the contemporary drum circle movement since 1980 and leads interactive drumming programs for corporations, communities and private events throughout the U.S. and internationally through his company, Hands-On! Drumming® Events. “The purpose of LP joining with Jim is to further the appreciation and popularity of playing percussion within the recreational and community drumming realm,” adds LP Director of Marketing Jim Rockwell. “Exposing the mainstream to the joys of percussion helps build the business as well as helping people.”
