Some pages can only be viewed from within the dma.org
network. This is so that outside people don't get confused
by information that really only makes sense to dmapub
Internet Service subscribers. If that is the case, you should have
been prompted for a login name (your five-digit DMA® membership
number - e.g. 01234) and password (your correctly
capitalized last name) to access the "DMA(R) FAQs"
section, or certain other DMA(R) content. Your membership number is
above your name on the mailing label of each issue of The DataBus,

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
The three most common reasons people have trouble accessing our protected pages are:
Another possibility is that you accessed the page previously and clicked the "Remember my password" option at that time and your password has changed since then due to renewing your membership. This error is mostly likely due to your web browser having mis-configured proxy settings. You should ensure that "No Proxy" is selected for the dma.org domain.
Netscape users should use the "automatic proxy url", which correctly configures "No Proxy" for dma.org., or should put "dma.org" in the "No Proxy" box in the proxy configuration area.
Microsoft Internet Explorer users should add "*.dma.org" to the exceptions box in their proxy settings.
