LP designed the Super Guiro as a more durable substitute for the original natural gourd version, yet maintain the same sound, shape and feel.

  • 13-1/2" precision-molded, high-strength plastic with perfectly spaced grooves for consistent sound
  • Ergonomically positioned, rubber-lined finger holes provide maximum comfort and control
  • Includes two scrapers – a plastic model for bright, loud sounds and a wooden version for warm, dry sounds
  • Mounts on a drum or percussion table with the LP Mic Claw® (LP592A)
