Cats
Dave Roth is a percussionist in the current revival of Cats on Broadway. He has been performing for over 25 years and has appeared in over 200 cities worldwide. His most recent performances were in Finding Neverland, Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular, Evita, and over 30 Broadway productions. He has performed in over 30 productions on Broadway and throughout the world including the North American and Asian tours of West Side Story the national tour of Mamma Mia and the national tour and European tour of Smokey Joe’s Cafe. Also as an accomplished orchestral percussionist, he has freelanced with orchestras throughout the Midwest and East coast. He has appeared onstage with Sir Paul McCartney, Gladys Knight, Patty Lapone, The Temptations, Doc Severinson, Henry Mancini, The Chieftains, Pincas Zuckerman, Susan Anton and many more. Dave trained at Kansas State University and also at Northwestern University where he received his Masters of Music degree in percussion performance.
Elle King, White Rabbits
Dave got his bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, where he studied under Steve Houghton and the late Dr. David Baker, graduating with the “Performers Certificate” honor. In 2010, he was selected to attend the prestigious Ravinina Steans Institute for Jazz. Dave is now based in Brooklyn, working as a session and touring drummer, producer and songwriter. He has worked with internationally renowned, Grammy Award winning and multi-platinum recording artists, as well as underground and experimental musicians. Live performance and studio work includes artists Elle King, White Rabbits, Gabriel Garzon Montano, Theo Katzman, Joey Dosik, Sky Ferreira, A Great Big World, Darren Criss and Dev Hynes. He has worked with many well-known Jazz artists including Frank Glover, Marquis Hill, Claude Sifferlin, Maurice Brown and The BWJO. He has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Sesame Street, The Voice, The View, Kelly and Ryan, The Graham Norton Show, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and The Late Late show with James Corden. As a touring drummer, Dave has performed in over 23 countries at iconic venues including Carnegie Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Glastonbury Festival, Lollapalooza, Pitchfork Festival, Summer Sonic Tokyo, and Coachella. He is currently touring with Elle King with her second album, “Shake The Spirit” for which he is credited as a drummer, co-producer and co-writer.

Dave is a 30-year veteran of the jazz and studio scene in Los Angeles. He is also a sought-after jazz educator/clinician, jazz singer and songwriter. When Dave isn't on tour with world-class acts such as Barbra Streisand, he is often on tour in support of his celebrated solo vocal jazz CD, "I Just Want To Get Paid". Dave teaches drum set at Pasadena City College.
Modest Mouse
Born in Seattle, Brozowski was became a founding member of garage punk band The Catheters at 16. Drawing on the raw energy of groups like the Stooges and the Misfits, the group released two albums for Sub-Pop and one for Empty Records, all while touring with acts like The White Stripes, Motorhead, Pere Ubu and Mudhoney. Brozowski has enjoyed an extensive career as a musician, drum technician and now serves as the "drummcusionist" for Grammy-nominated American rock band Modest Mouse.
Independent
Born and raised around the Philadelphia area, Davey Chegwidden has numerous credits for film, television, video games, and commercials. He has branched out into other aspects of the music landscape including production, management, musical direction, songwriting and promotion.
His band the Rhythm Roots Allstars have gained a reputation for their skills as a backing band, performing high-energy concerts where they do their own set of music and then back up an artist for their set. The band (with Davey as the musical director) has had the pleasure to perform with such artists as De La Soul, Macy Gray, B.O.B., Barrington Levy, Rakim, Redman, Talib Kweli, and others. Davey produced and co-wrote some tracks with Rhythm Roots Allstars for Ghostface Killah’s “Big Doe Rehab” and they also were a driving force behind De La Soul’s recent release “And The Anonymous Nobody” which has been nominated for a Grammy this year. Davey has co-production and writing credits on 16 of the 18 songs.
