Angelo Rodriguez was born in Downey, California, to Puerto Rican parents Maria and Angel Rodriguez Sr. where he started performing at a local church at the age of 9. Angelo’s first band was New Creation, directed by Andrew Crouchs’ musical director, Alberto Salas. At the age of 16 Angelo began performing at all the local nightclub in Los Angeles, attending rehearsals and performing five nights a week while attending High School. From then on Angelo has performed with the following artist: Britney Spears (In the Zone promotional tour), Nelly Furtado (Area 1 Tour 2001), Jagged Edge (Jay Leno Tonight Show), Celia Cruz, Barry Manilow, The Long Beach Symphony, The Modesto Symphony, California State University in Long Beach Steel Drum Orchestra, The Ricky Minor Band, Tribute to Donny Hathaway, The Temptations, Obie Bermudez, Tito Nieves, Pete Conde Rodriguez, with special Grammy performances with Bruno Mars, Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys, Rihanna and the Dave Matthews band.
Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson
Bashiri got to hang out with percussionist and producer Mtume in the 1970s, learning drum and studio chops in the process. After playing on gold records like Luther Vandross' Never Too Much and Madonna's Holiday, Bashiri's career was up and running. Producers began calling because they wanted to use the guy who worked on all these hit records. Johnson now has his own production company Bashman Productions and recording studio, The Lab Brooklyn.
"My take on the contemporary percussionist," Bashiri says "is to get the calls you gotta be diversified and able to handle a multiple of different situations." Bashiri can be heard on recordings by Celine Dion, Michael Bolton, Anita Baker, The Spice Girls, Maxwell, Gloria Estafan, Angelique Kidjo, Nicole Renee, Diana Ross, Peter Wolf, Aretha Franklin, Eagle Eye Cherry, Grover Washington, Boyz II Men and Dionne Farris. Beside recordings Bashiri's talent has led him to play on live television, commercials and movie soundtracks.
Bashiri has also complete percussion sample library of loops and sounds called "Supreme Beats," available from Spectrasonics, and "Ethno Techno" from Ilio.
The Isley Brothers
Daniel Rodriguez was born in Bayamo, Granma, Cuba. At the age of 15, he began to play with one of the best bands from the city, Fiverson as a percussionist.
From 2002 through 2007 he was the band drummer for the Hotel Meliá Varadero and Paradice, Varadero, Cuba after that the next 7 years in Havana. He played, recorded and collaborated with many artists from Cuba, including Alain Daniel, Raul Torres, Haila Mompie, Yomo (PR), Waldo Mendoza, E Yonky, Willian el Magnifivo, Adriano Dj, among many others.
From 2012 through 2014 Daniel played with Alain Perez, Irving Lara and Gustavo Galindo in Mexico City.
Since 2014, he has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with, Arturo Sandoval, Karl Perazo, Carlos Santana, Eric Benet, Jose Feliciano, Carrie Underwood, The Brother Johnson, Cecilia Noel & The Wild Clam, Shadmehr Aghili, Willy Chirino, Becky G, Colin Hay, Alfredo Rodriguez and many more.
Currently, Daniel is playing percussion with legendary R&B artists, The Isley Brothers.
Robert Plant, Seal, Paolo Nutini
John Blease grew up in Prestwick on the west coast of Scotland and started his musical life playing in ceilidh bands. At the age of 17 he moved to London and since then has enjoyed performing and recording music with a vast array of eclectic artists including Robert Plant, Seal, Paolo Nutini, Goldfrapp, Goldie, Tim Minchin, Pete Tong, Giorgio Moroder and Mose Allison. John keeps himself busy at his own studio as well as recording on numerous film, TV and library sessions around London.

New York-based John Favicchia has performed and/or recorded with such greats as Special EFX, Steve Khan, Eddie Money, Tony Levin, Chieli Minucci,Charlie Daniels, Lonnie Plaxico, Robbers, John Benitez, Gary US Bonds, Harvie S, Larry Coryell, Dean Brown, Rachel Z, Joe Butler-Love And Spoonful, The Tokens, Felix Cavaliere, Kerry Kearney, Chris Geith, Laco Deczi, Long Island Music Hall Of Fame Band, Mike Pope, and Bob Malach just to name a few. Known for his extreme versatility, in the course of a week John can be seen drumming from NYC Jazz Clubs to Rock Concert halls to International Drum Festivals as well as the top Music Festivals around the world.
Elton John
Percussionist, drummer and vocalist John Mahon has been playing with Sir Elton John since 1997. He has performed over 1600 shows with the superstar, in over 70 countries in front of millions. John was voted #3 Percussionist by Modern Drummer Magazine 2010 Readers Poll. He has recorded numerous albums with Elton John, achieving both Gold and Platinum success and played on BB King’s Grammy Award winning record, “80 BB King & Friends”.
As a member of Sir Elton’s band, John has had the honor of playing with such noted artists as Billy Joel, Leon Russell, Mary J. Blige, John Mayer, Tina Turner, Cher, Michael McDonald, Donna Summer, Barry Manilow, George Michael and many others.
As a writer and producer John has composed for Jose Feliciano and Ray Charles, and soundtracks for TV’s LA Ink & HBO Vice.
Playing and recording with Elton John for 20 years has given me the opportunity to play amazing music night after night all over the world. Elton’s love of music is contagious and showed me that music has no limits. My passion for all things rhythmic and melodic has led me to explore playing percussion, drums and electronics as well as becoming a composer.
Vanguard Jazz Orchestra
Critically acclaimed performer, author and teacher, John Riley has worked with the world's leading Jazz musicians for over 30 years. A three time GRAMMY award winner and 14 time nominee, John has played on hundreds of recordings and at major venues with Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, Woody Herman, John Scofield, Joe Lovano, Bob Mintzer, The Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra and many others. John has a BM in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas, 1975, and an MM in Jazz Studies from the Manhattan School of Music, 1985. He is on the faculty of Manhattan School of Music and SUNY Purchase, an Artist in Residence at the Amsterdam Conservatory in Holland and has given master classes around the world.
Gary Clark Jr for Johnny Radelat
Johnny Radelat was born to Cuban immigrants in Union City, N.J., came of age in Miami, FL, and calls Austin, TX 'home'. Prior to teaming up with Grammy award winning Gary Clark jr., he honed the skills and subtleties of playing/touring with: reggae, rhythm n blues, soul, and funk bands. Johnny embraces a simple yet bombastic approach to drumming and quests not to play with technical perfection, but with honest, heartfelt emotion. Johnny has toured extensively (North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and Japan), sharing the stage and supporting the likes of Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones, The Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews band, Kings of Leon, Eric Clapton, Robert Plant...
Johnny Radelat plays: Gretsch Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Pro-Mark Sticks, Evans Drum heads, and LP percussion.
Tito Puente, Mambo Legends Orchestra
At 17 years old John earned a place playing bongos in the Tito Puente Orchestra and thus began his career and a lifetime association with the King of Latin Music. John spent over 30 years with the Tito Puente Orchestra, also working with Tito Rodriguez, Ray Barretto as well as his successful ‘Tipica 73’ band. Following Tito Puente’s death in 2000 John got together with Jose Madera and Mitch Frohman and they formed the Latin Giants Orchestra in 2001. The band has released two albums which have been recognized internationally.
Today, John refuses to rest on his laurels and continues to work tirelessly to promote Latin music and further its progression worldwide. He is very active with the Mambo Legends Orchestra, which features the stars of the former Tito Puente Orchestra. The band performs the famed Palladium days music of Tito Puente, Tito Rodriguez, and Machito, and also recorded The Giants Play the Music of the Palladium.
In 2009, John entrusted LP's with developing the LP Legends Series John "Dandy" Rodriguez, Jr. Bongos. The drums have sound and visual features that John is proud to have his name on.
Josh Groban
Kaz Rodriguez is a professional drummer/clinician, music director, educator, musical programmer, producer.
Originally inspired by musical heroes such as Stewart Copeland and Simon Philips, Kaz has become a much in-demand drummer with the world of contemporary music.
He began working with a range of pop artists including Jessie Ware, Sinead Harnett, Rita Ora, Plan B, Jay Sean and Cirque du Soleil. Currently on tour with multi platinum Selling artist Josh Groban.
His musical career went into the stratosphere once he started creating backing tracks for other drummers, with YouTube lit up by players jamming to workouts such as his ‘7 To The Power of 6’ and ‘Fusion Shed Vol. 2’, and his current gold selling album 'THOUGHTS' vol.3.
Since then, Kaz has made fans in a range of musical legends such as Travis Barker, Aaron Spears, Tony Royster and Chris Coleman, Jonathan 'Sugarfoot' Moffett (Michael Jackson) and continues to go from strength to strength using the latest tech to enhance his playing and compositions.
Eddie Palmieri, Paquito D Rivera, Dave Valentin
At the age fourteen, Little Johnny joined Orquesta Colon, the youngest Latin band in New York City and recorded two albums with them. Johnny then moved to Puerto Rico with his parents and joined La Sonora Ponceña. After playing bongoes with the band for a year a half he switched to congas, which rekindled the love affair he had begun with this instrument as a small child. During the sixteen years Little Johnny played with La Sonora Ponceña, he traveled the world and recorded eighteen highly respected albums with them. Currently, Little Johnny is touting extensively with the winner of ten Grammy awards, Eddie Palmieri. In addition, Johnny continues to work at studio sessions and perform with many of the biggest and most respected acts in latin music including his own bands. Johnny's first solo salsa album effort "Paso Gigantes Remix" has been very well received by critics and music fans like. Johnny also wrote and produced every song on this CD, showcasing his arranging and playing abilities.
