LP Generation III Bongos have a pronounced shell contour, as well as a larger, 9″ Hembra matched with the 7-1/4″ Macho which results in a more robust bottom end and greater contrast between the drums. The drums are outfitted with handpicked rawhide heads, Traditional rims, 5/16″ diameter tuning lugs, steel backing plates reinforced center block and chrome plated Cuban-style bottoms.
